Acceptable Use and AI Content Policy

Effective: August 11, 2026
Version: 1.2

This Policy applies to all Inputs, generation requests, Outputs, accounts, downloads and uses of EVELI.

1. Core rule

Use EVELI only for lawful, consensual and honest creative production. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for every person, product, brand and asset you submit or use.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use EVELI to create, upload, request, distribute or facilitate:

  1. Child sexual abuse or exploitation: any sexualized content involving or appearing to involve a person under 18, grooming, trafficking or instructions to facilitate abuse.
  2. Non-consensual sexual content: intimate imagery, sexualized deepfakes, nudification, voyeurism, sextortion or sexual content involving a person without valid consent.
  3. Exploitation or trafficking: content that promotes, arranges or depicts human exploitation, coercion or trafficking.
  4. Deceptive impersonation: content likely to mislead a reasonable person that a real person said, did or endorsed something they did not, especially in political, financial, sexual, reputational or emergency contexts.
  5. Fraud and manipulation: scams, forged evidence, false identity documents, phishing, fake reviews, market manipulation or materially deceptive advertising.
  6. Harassment or abuse: targeted humiliation, threats, stalking, doxxing, extortion, hateful abuse or content designed to cause serious emotional or reputational harm.
  7. Illegal or dangerous activity: instructions or content that materially facilitates violence, weapons, terrorism, self-harm encouragement, criminal evasion, malware or unauthorized system access.
  8. Rights violations: copyright, trademark, trade-secret, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or contractual infringement.
  9. Unauthorized sensitive inference: face recognition, identity matching, emotion recognition, biometric categorization, or inference of health, race, ethnicity, religion, politics, sexuality or other sensitive traits about a person.
  10. High-impact decisions: employment, housing, credit, insurance, education admissions, medical, legal, law-enforcement or similar decisions about a person.
  11. Service abuse: reverse engineering, scraping, prompt extraction, model extraction, automated account creation, credential sharing, rate-limit evasion, fraudulent chargebacks, denial-of-service activity or competitive model training.
  12. Provenance removal: intentionally removing, disabling or falsifying legally required AI provenance, detection or disclosure markings.
  13. Deceptive civic content: materially deceptive synthetic content about voting, election administration, candidates, public officials, emergencies or public safety.
  14. Unauthorized digital replicas: using a person's voice, face, body or mannerisms without the authorization required by publicity, labor, agency, contract or digital-replica law.
  15. Face datasets and scraping: collecting, scraping, uploading or generating face datasets for identification, surveillance, profiling or model training.

3. Real people and likenesses

Identifiable real-person uploads and generations are prohibited at launch. They may be submitted only through a future, clearly designated EVELI workflow after the depicted person completes EVELI's required subject-specific notice, written release and verification. Employment, agency, client or model relationships do not automatically authorize AI manipulation or biometric processing.

Do not upload or generate an identifiable minor. EVELI prohibits minor likeness content categorically at launch even where a parent or guardian purports to consent.

Satire, parody, art and public-interest expression may be lawful in some contexts, but they do not excuse deception, harassment, privacy invasion or failure to label AI manipulation where required.

4. Brands, products and intellectual property

You must clear trademarks, designs, copyrighted works, characters, packaging, trade dress and confidential campaign materials. An Output resembling existing material does not mean it is cleared for commercial use.

5. Disclosure

Do not claim that a synthetic person is real. Preserve EVELI's machine-readable provenance. Clearly disclose material AI generation or manipulation when required by law, platform rules or when omission would mislead a reasonable viewer.

6. Enforcement

EVELI may use automated safety signals and human review. Depending on severity, intent, history and legal duty, EVELI may refuse a request, remove or restrict content, preserve evidence, limit features, suspend or terminate an account, reverse improperly issued credits, or report conduct to authorities or legally designated child-safety reporting systems.

Where law requires, EVELI will provide a statement of reasons and a way to appeal. EVELI may withhold details that would expose detection systems, compromise security, enable abuse, violate law or endanger a person.

7. Reporting and appeal

Report illegal content, rights violations or safety concerns through /legal/content-notices or [email protected]. Include the exact content location, legal basis, evidence and contact information.

To appeal an EVELI content decision, reply to the decision notice or email [email protected] within 30 days with the decision ID and reasons. A qualified person not solely responsible for the original decision will review the appeal where practicable.
